Viva Palestina Scotland: Standing with Gaza, Supported by South Africa and International Community.
Viva Palestina Scotland is a passionate volunteer group established in March 2024, dedicated to providing direct support to families in Gaza. Through attending public events and fundraising activities, our volunteers work tirelessly to raise funds that go 100% towards helping those in need. All collections and proceeds are sent in full to our trusted associates on the ground in Gaza, ensuring that aid reaches those who need it most. As a non-profit, non-governmental organisation, we are proud to contribute to basic humanitarian relief and stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

In light of the recent International Criminal Court (ICC) rulings, South Africa has expressed strong support for Viva Palestina Scotland and similar organisations. This endorsement reflects South Africa’s ongoing commitment to justice and human rights for Palestinians. The South African government has been a vocal advocate at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and continues to champion humanitarian, economic, as basic support for Palestine. Their backing reinforces the importance of grassroots efforts like ours, which provide vital aid and raise awareness about the challenges faced by families in Gaza.
